For these common issues, please check the following:
When you initially created a Talend account, you were prompted to choose a username and the username field does NOT accept emails.
If you have forgotten your username, please submit a password reset request at https://login.talend.com/forgotpassword.php using your email.
The password reset email will contain your username.
Please submit a password reset request at https://login.talend.com/forgotpassword.php using your email or username.
The password reset email will have instructions to reset your password.
With the introduction of authentication by OKTA, all Talend employees are required to first log in through OKTA before signing into Community.Talend.com. It’s no longer possible to sign in directly via login.talend.com.
By the same token, employees can no longer use the “Request new password” tab at https://login.talend.com/forgotpassword.php.
Please log-into OKTA and then select the community tile.
If you still cannot log in, you can change your password via ADS.
For log-in issues concerning Exchange.Talend.com, please email the Community Help team.
If you’ve previously registered with your business email and have changed companies, the content you shared on Community.Talend.com legally belongs to your previous employer and we cannot change the email associated with your profile.
Please create a new profile with your personal email or new corporate email. If your business email has changed for other reasons (i.e. company merger), please contact the Community Help team via email.
