Talend Exchange - Permission denied

Hi, 

 

I can successfully connect to https://community.talend.com/ with my account "aduriez". 

 

Unfortunately, I can't connect to https://exchange.talend.com/ with the same account. 

 

Can you explain me ?

I've updated the e-mail address associated with user aduriez_epsm.

Can you please try again and log into http://exchange.talend.com with aduriez?

Hi aduriez,

After investigation, your e-mail address aduriez@epsm-lille-metropole.fr is already in use on Talend Exchange with login name aduriez_epsm

This is why logging in with aduriez conflicts and fails (the user e-mail address is unique in Talend Exchange).

You have two possibilities here:

1. either you try to log into Talend Exchange http://exchange.talend.com with aduriez_epsm

2. or we can "reset" aduriez_epsm with another e-mail address for you (please provide an alternative e-mail address) and then you should be able to login with aduriez

Please advise which of the two choices you prefer.

Can you reset the account "aduriez_epsm" with this following email : aduriez@epsm-lm.fr ? 

 

I will use aduriez for the talend exchange.

You have two accounts on Talend Exchange now:
aduriez_epsm with email aduriez@epsm-lm.fr
aduriez with email aduriez@epsm-lille-metropole.fr

Both should be working!
