Question extracted from old forum
When you fill out the form to download a free trial of the Big Data Sandbox, a small download manager file will be saved in your default download folder. Double-clicking on that .dlm file should begin downloading the .ova file for the sandbox.
Occasionally, when you download using a Windows browser with overly-strong security, the extra security encrypts the code that indicates the download option you chose. This prevents the download site from understanding your request, so it defaults to downloading a very large Studio Tools .zip file instead of the smaller .dlm file.
To solve this problem, use a browser with fewer spyware-blocking devices, such as Microsoft Edge, and complete the form again. This should allow the site to know what option you have selected, and you will receive the file you need.
