Notice to Sandbox users: unable to connect to Hive Editor in HUE

There are known issues in the Cloudera VMs (both VirtualBox and VMWare) with connecting to the HiveServer2 server. No Talend fixes are available for those issues which are out of Talend's control.
Error messages are similar to:
Could not connect to localhost.localdomain:10000
This appears to be an issue with the Cloudera services as they connect to HUE.
It does not affect any of the Talend scenarios that connect to Hive. It only affects the ability to review results within HUE's Hive Editor.
Workaround: the front-end connection to Hive through HUE seems to work fine within the first 10-20 minutes of starting up the VM and Cloudera Services. So if you make those scenarios the first ones to work through after starting the VM you should not experience the issue.

Hi
please make your your hiveserver is running. It seems your hiveserver is not running(By Default at port 10000).
If not running do hive --services hiveserver and again try to connect.Hope it can help.
