Unable to log into TAC after migration

Talend Version 6.4.1

Summary

Attempting to log into TAC after migration results in the following error:

500 The call failed on the server

Problem Description

After migrating from Talend 6.2.1 to 6.4.1, and importing the file saved from the previous TAC, the user is unable to log in. The initial login attempt resulted in the following error message:

500 The call failed on the server, see server log for details

A second attempt resulted in the following error message:

Failed to log on: user <email> already logged on to the webapp
Problem root cause This is due to the cache in your web browser and TAC.
Solution or Workaround Clear the TAC (tomcat/work, tomcat/temp) and web browser cache.
