|TAC notification is not sending emails.|

TAC's email notification (configured when a task fails) is not sending any mail after task failure, even though the TAC's SMTP is correctly configured: showing all green check-marks ✓.
The following exception is found in TAC's technical log file at the time when a mail notification should have been sent:

|Problem root cause||In TAC's SMTP configuration, both the Username and the From Address fields are left empty, as the SMTP mail server allows you to send mails with an anonymous user.|
|Solution or Workaround||Enter a value either in the From Address field or in the Username field (don't leave them both empty).|
