Root Cause

Some of the Windows view updates are missing. There is a compatibility issue with the eclipse_1603.dll file and Windows 10.

Solution

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Run the Windows update.
  2. Install all of the updates.
  3. Restart the system.
  4. Launch Studio.
