Root Cause

This is related to the following bug in ActiveMQ: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-5356

Solution

Upgrade Talend 6.3.1 or higher.

Or, if you are not using ActiveMQ shipped with Talend, use a more recent version of ActiveMQ.
