Problem Description No emails are fetched using a specific date filter when using tPOP configured with the pop3 protocol.
Problem root cause The mail server decides which mail to send to the client (the Talend Job in this case). If the emails have already been read or downloaded, the mail-server will have either deleted them from the server or flagged them as read.
Solution or Workaround Assuming the emails in question have not been deleted from the server, configure the tPOP component with the imap protocol, which will fetch emails even if they are marked as read.
