Error in Logstash

Talend Version 6.4.1


Kibana does not show the logs after setting the hostname in Elasticsearch.

Problem Description

After setting the hostname in Elasticsearch and changing the start script and cluster configuration accordingly, Kibana is still not working. The log displays the following error message:

{:timestamp=>"2017-10-25T11:02:16.294000+0100", :message=>"Attempted to send a bulk request to Elasticsearch configured at '[\"http://localhost:9200\"]', but Elasticsearch appears to be unreachable or down!", :error_message=>"Connection refused (Connection refused)", :class=>"Manticore::socketException", :level=>:error}
Problem root cause The Kibana configuration is not correct: you must specify the new hostname in the kibana.yml file.
Solution or Workaround Modify the kibana.yml file and set elasticsearch.url to the new hostname.
