'500 The call failed on the server; see server logs for details' error when accessing the DB Config page in TAC

Problem Description

Trying to access the DB Config page in TAC, results in the following error:




To resolve this issue:

  1. Stop TAC.

  2. Navigate to TAC_Installation_Directory/tomcat/temp.

  3. Delete the contents of the temp directory.

  4. Restart TAC.
