Please work through the support case to let the support engineer know about the urgency. You can ask for the severity of the ticket to be increased to critical or blocker if needed.
Its severity level is high ,
How can i edit to severity level to criticle ???

Put a note in the ticket and let the support engineers know. You should exchange with them in the ticket itself.
In the comment section , i wrote :"Please treat this ticket as criticle"
will it suffice ok?
