Hi, I'm part of a company that is using Enterprise, and one of our users is getting the following error for one of our installs. The problem is that the license file *is* at the root of the directory. Also, it's the permanent license we downloaded from the download site.
Can anyone explain why this is happening? Who should we contact for support? Thanks.

Is this 30-day evaluation license key Ok with you?
