TIS launch initialization issue

Hi everybody,


I am encountring an issue while launching TIS. I have installed it and when I try to launch it I have a message box where I find this message as shown below. I will be grateful if someone could help me. what should I do ?Capture.PNG

With your subscription solution, could you please create a case on talend support portal so that we can give you a remote assistance through support cycle with priority?
