Permission denied on ported Job Design WIndows -> Linux

Hi,
I was trying to port a generated Job Design from Windows/XP to Debian Linux for execution.
I FTP-ed the zip file acroos and used unzip to extract al the files.
What happened then is that it generates many messages like this: ../lib/ant.jar: Permission denied
See below full output.
On the Internet I found confusing messages about code signing and the use of the Java policytool.
By the way, I really enjoy Talend Studio. I think it is a great product!
Kind regards, Frans Maas

Re: Permission denied on ported Job Design WIndows -> Linux

Can somebody have a look please? Otherwise I need to find out how to compile/generate a job on the Linux server from the java source. But if possible I would prefer to deploy the generated classes.
