"no cipher suites in common" when enabling SSL on Runtime's Jobserver

Problem Description When enabling SSL on the Jobserver which is embedded in the Runtime, then the connection from TAC fails with the following error:

org.talend.remote.commons.exception.ClientServerException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common
at org.talend.remote.server.FileServer.readInputStream(FileServer.java:165)[259:org.talend.remote.server:6.2.1]
at org.talend.remote.server.AbstractServerSocket.startReadInputStreamLoop(AbstractServerSocket.java:44)[259:org.talend.remote.server:6.2.1]

Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common

Problem root cause  Known defect TESB-18851
Solution or Workaround  Until this is fixed, use the following workaround:

Configure the Runtime to run with the following java property:

JAVA_OPTS=-Djavax.net.ssl.keyStore=<path_to_esb>/container/etc/keystores/SSLKeystore -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword=kawawespAsuratrevezAkUrU7u6uzaVapr5hasutha6esPebruYebU2EdRukUWre

(or to whatever keystore + password you are using to configure SSL for the ESB Runtime JobServer) and then restart the container
