Overview

Getting constant warning message in TalendESB : Warning: java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException (org.eclipse.jetty.util) (/system/console/bundles).

Constant warning on tesb.log namely

java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException

at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:662)[:1.6.0_33]
Caused by: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Caused by: org.eclipse.jetty.io.EofException
at org.eclipse.jetty.http.HttpGenerator.flushBuffer(HttpGenerator.java:914)

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Broken pipe
at sun.nio.ch.FileDispatcher.write0(Native Method)[:1.6.0_33]..

Resolution

This warning can be ignored. Nevertheless in case this is flooding the log's, then a workaround would be is to filter out these specific WARN messages. This can be done by adding the following line to the container\etc\org.ops4j.pax.logging.cfg

 

log4j.logger.org.eclipse.jetty.servlet=ERROR
