writing output to xlsm file

Hello @jlolling

I have a doubt regarding writing output to .xlsm file.

can we actually write output to .xlsm file?

I have a sample template filled with macros and is there a way to write the processed data into that format? And i need to automate that process as well

i tried to read the earlier discussions about that but couldn't figure out.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Surya.

Re: writing output to xlsm file

you can fill xlsm file with data. But you cannot write the macro in talend. be careful when you fill data the macro is not automatically running. you have to call a script (vbs,...) to run your macro.

Hello @fdenis

Thanks for the reply.
I already have a xlsm template filled with macros. I don't have to write macros from talend.
I was just wondering how to fill the data?
