I haev a tMySqlInput object that is pointed at a view. host, port, and username are filled out. Database is blank - if I put anything in there the database refuses to connect. Do you mean you cannot put anything in database item? What version do you used? I have tested your issue on Talend open studio for Data Integration (5.2.1r95165), everything is ok. Would you mind giving us more info about your issue? Screenshots will be appreciated. Best regards Sabrina
