epoch datetime conversion

The epoch time is 1170321248 translates to : January 31st, 2007 04:14:08 PM in Talend,how we can achive this?

i tried below syntax in tmap

 

 

(row1.myTimeColumn ==null || row1.myTimeColumn =="" )?null:
(new java.util.Date(Long.parseLong(row1.myTimeColumn) * 1000) );
