Way to create ddl out of Generic Schema

Assume you have a generic schema and you want to create a mysql table to conform to it.
Can Talend create the teble somehow?
Or generate the sql to do it?

Hi,
you should take a look on the component tCreateTable.
But what do you mean with generic schema?

Re: Way to create ddl out of Generic Schema

Hi guys, is there a way to auto create table into target db without manual creation of columns in tCreateTable? What I want is from source db, it copies the table structure from tables in source db, into target db. So the target db should contain the exact tables of source. Just only the table structure without data.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

No, Talend studio IS a ETL tool, not a database client tool can be used to backup the table structure simply by exporting/importing the table.
