Using SSL Database Connections with PostgreSQL

Hi there
I am currently evaluating different options in Talend DI Open Studio. I am facing difficulties in connecting to our Postgres server via SSL connection. After appending the SSL String( ?ssl=true;sslfactory=org.postgresql.ssl.NonValidatingFactory ), the connection check passes successfully but it doesn't get saved and hence, I am unable to refresh the schema.
Could you please advise, if there is a solution to this?
Thanks

Re: Using SSL Database Connections with PostgreSQL

Hi,
The PostgreSQL connection in Talend doesn't give the option to pass additional parameters within the wizard. Please try a "General JDBC" database connection which allows you to pass additional parameters.

Also, take a look at this thread on the AWS forums.

Still a missing feature since 2012! I have voted for it but have not that much hope to get it soon. Talend is currently mostly focused on the Big Data stack.
