tl;dr Able to login to TIC website, but same credentials fail when trying to download a license from TIC
I have a teammate who just installed Hybrid Studio 6.5.1. Starting Studio for the first time, she gets to the pop-up that downloads the license. Setting the Cloud Server to [US Cloud], she enters her username and password.. About 10 seconds later, popup appears with the error that the username or password is invalid. Same user name and password works when she logs in the TIC website.
Checked her credentials, she has [Operator], [Integration Cloud Administrator'] and [Integration Developer] and she has access to the requisite GIT projects.
Had her look for the Studio log file, $workspace/.metadata/.log , it doesn't exist.
We changed her password. Works with the TIC website, still fails for studio.
