TAC Error "Unexpected Error" for a job

Hi All,
I am new to this forum. We are seeing frequent "Unexpected Error" on the the status of job on TAC. I have attached a screenshot related to it. I have looked at the log files for the "Unexpected Error" for that particular job. I have gone through few links but didn't get proper information. Can some one take a look at this and let us know how to fix this issue.

Thanks in advance!!!

Thanks for the reply. What is the reason behind the issue and how to solve it? Is upgrade the only option to solve the issue ?
