SAP sapjco3 unsatisfiedlink

I have been working on this issue for two days.
I have tried to build and run a SAP extract from RFC using the sapjco3 connector and I keep getting an unsatisfiedlink error. I have installed the missing dlls as per the SAP notes and installation instructions. However I keep getting the same error from the connector/Talend.
Btw is Talend supported on Windows 8.1 because I have installed java 7 (1.6.0.35) and I keep getting an error that it is not installed
I have tried the Talend and SAP integration on Windows 2003 and Windows xp. Here is the output
As this point, I am reading to give up on Talend and look for alternatives

Re: SAP sapjco3 unsatisfiedlink

Hi
Can you provide the exact path where you've installed the sapjco3?
Also your java version seems to be 6 (1.6.0.35) not 7, as supported with windows 8.1 according to :
https://help.talend.com/search/all?query=Compatible+Platforms&content-lang=en
Also to set correctly your JDK version (in case you run two concurrent java versions), please refer to:
https://help.talend.com/search/all?query=Installation+requirements&content-lang=en
Cheers,
Elisa
