JasperETL via SourceForge.net vs. Talend Open Studio via Talend.com?

Hi
Is there an explanation about the relationship/difference between JasperETL (by JasperSoft, "powered by Talend") via SourceForge and Talend Open Studio (TOS) via Talend.com?
My impression is that they are the same code base and so this is a question about the commercial relationship to JasperSoft. I'm not asking about the differences with the commercial versions (i.e. the product matrix).
Cheers

Thanks for replying Shong. That link seems to only cover product features such as TIS vs TOS.
