Generate multi type records file like AFB 320 or MT940

I have already used tMap for simple record file generation (the records of the output file have all the same structure).
The challenge today is to create files with records that haven't the same structure like the AFB320, or BAI2 bank file like this:
Output file example :
01,054000030,FORTE,140328,0600,01,80,80,2/
02,RCVR,054000030,1,140327,0600,USD,/
03,5303548463,USD,015,000,,,040,000,,,045,000,,,072,000,,,074,000,,/
88,100,+612057,1,,270,+612057,1,,400,+612057,1,,470,+612057,1,/
16,275,612057,S,612057,000,000,,05303548586/
88,FUNDS TRANSFER FROM ACCT 5303548586
16,475,612057,,,00000000173/
88,CHECK                  173           083357240
49,+3672342,7/
Notice that the pattern of the records in the output file is not static : in other words i have to be able to write a new line of any type according to the result of a previous process
the contents of your response will determine for us to use or not Talend for our ETL
Thank you to give us the good way for doing that, if possible...

Hi,
in other words i have to be able to write a new line of any type according to the result of a previous process
>> As far as you know your business rules and maximum number of allowable columns; you can do this using tMemorizeRows component... and simple logical expressions...
