FILES on mapped drives can not be found when running jobs thru TAC

I have a job that reads data from a mapped network drive. when running the jobs localy the files are found fine.
I run the jobs in TAC and it cannot find the path.
I have seen a couple post regarding this but no solutions.
CAN I GET A SOLUTION FOR ACCESSING MAPPED NETWORK DRIVES THRU TAC?

Under which user is the TAC (Tomcat) running?
I think the only solution is to assign credentials to that user for the specific folder(s)
I agree that this isn't the best way to solve it. I suggest we should make a RFC for these file/folder components so we can supply credentials on the components.

It has the credentials, the error I get is that the path cannot be found.

Problem might be that the drive mapping doesn't exist for the "user" running the job in TAC (see TDI-20963). Can you not use a UNC path?
