Exception in tSalesforceInput component

Hi,

 

I am getting below error,while testting in UAT enviroment,but same inteface has working well in Production.

 

Please fine below error.

Are you using tSalesforceInput component with "Bulk Query" to pull data from Salesforce? On which talend build version you got this issue? Would you mind posting your current job design and  tSalesforceInput component setting screenshots on forum? Please mask your sensitive data.

Yes, i am using tSalesforceInput with "Bulk Query" to pull data from Salesforce.Talend V6.4.0

Hello,

It looks like this error is caused by a network problem and so far no communication with SalesForce has taken place.

Are you using a proxy or if some firewall rules prevents TCP traffic to SalesForce from your side? Can you ping your salesforce server successfully?

Have you tried to increase the TimeOut on the Salesforce connection to see if it helps?
