Can't rename a job - name already exists but the recycle bin is empty

Hi everyone, I've deleted a job in Talend and then deleted it from the recycle bin. The bin is completely empty now.

I've tried then to create a job with the same name, but I can't do that because Talend tells me that the item already exists and that I have to empty the recycle bin if needed.

Is this a bug?

Are you sure you looked in all your folders and sub-folders?

In Windows Explorer do a search for the job's name in your process folder:

C:\<YourInstallFolderHere>\workspace\<YourProjectNameHere>\process

Employee

Hi,

Could you please restart the Talend studio and let us know whether the issue persists? Just a quick verification on interim basis to get more details about the issue.

Please also verify your workspace location for Studio whether the job is still under the workspace directory.

Warm Regards,
