CSV feed empty column

I have CSV feeds like below.

,empno,ename CSV feed1
empno,ename CSV feed2

in one feed I am getting empty column and other feed no empty column .

how to process above files?

@prasan,since you can remove in Talend by not passing that column.

I have attached CSV feed.

I want to read that schema by using dynamic concept when having double
quotes in columns.
