Hi,

Is there a way to commit Talend jobs to the SVN without using TAC.

Best Regards,

Re: Commit jobs to SVN without using TAC

You could probably use something like TortoiseSVN (or your preferred SVN commit tool) and have it synchronising your workspace directory to the SVN.

Not sure why you'd want to do it this way though, while it's been handy for us in terms of recovering something that got corrupted it's not as easy as simply allowing the TAC to manage the connection.

Yes, I am using TortoiseSVN but the problem is - In a project I only want to commit a particular job. For that what all files I need to commit, so that if someone on the other end takes a checkout, should be able to import that job on his Talend studio.

Hello there,

Some people said that you can use Git as well to commit jobs, rather than using TortoiseSVN.

For preferences, I usually use TortoiseSVN.
