[resolved] "Unable to connect to server" in Server Explorer
I know there are several posts on this topic but none seem to have the solution. I've been using TOS DI for some time and just installed MDM. I started the Jboss server successfully with run.bat and saw this in the log: 2013-02-20 21:20:04,728 INFO JBoss (MX MicroKernel) Started in 9m:42s:901ms indicating that the server started, then launched MDM and imported my DI project successfully. When trying to connect to the server with the Server Explorer, I followed the instructions but get "Unable to connect to server. Please check your connection settings." See image. I''m using user =admin and password=talend as specified. An image showing the first part of my mdm.conf file, also attached, shows the admin.user=admin and admin.password=talend parameters properly set and the same as my inputs. I see in this forum that lots of new users get this problem. So what's the solution?
