[resolved] tFileInputDelmited: exceeding the 65535 bytes limit

Any idea how I can fix this error?

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Unresolved compilation problem:
The code of method tFileInputDelimited_2Process(Map<String,Object>) is exceeding the 65535 bytes limit

Re: [resolved] tFileInputDelmited: exceeding the 65535 bytes limit

More info: I originally had a tFileInputDelimited -> tMap -> tFileOutputExcel flow, which worked fine. But then I added more parses in my tMap (.equals("")) and about 7 more tFileOutputExcel...and now I am getting this error.

the weird thing is that I have the same flow in the same job (but a different schema) and I am not getting this error!

Well, this isn't something Talend related...more of a Java issue. I just think Talend should be able to split methods as much as possible so issues like these don't happen.

My solution was to split up the job. I put in another tFileInputDelimited and tMap and just rerouted some of the flow through there with a sub-job.
