Windows Integrated Security Connection

Hi.

How do I create a db connection using windows integrated connectivity versus supplying sql credentials? All I see are the boxes that ask you to specify connection properties user name and password.

I am using MS SQL 2008 R2.

Thanks, Nick.

Re: Windows Integrated Security Connection

Hi Nick

Welcome to Talend Community!

If you want to connect SQL SERVER via Windows Authentication, you 'd better follow these steps.

- Step 1: Download the ntlm driver for Windows Authentication. http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/files/
- Step 2: You will find in the folder SSO a file called ntlmauth.dll. Put it in c:\windows\system32 and restart TOS.
- Step 3: Create a new MSSQL connection in metadata and leave user & password fields empty.
