Suggestion: tDBOutput, disable AutoCommit and add commit counter

Hi!

I think Talend is a really nice tool however I still miss some really criticat features for using this tool with larger data volumes.

- First of all I would need a way to disable AutoCommit on a connection.
- Secondly I would need a parameter for the tDBOutput component called "Commit counter" (or similar). So that if Commit counter is set to 100 at every 100:th row the system would issue a commit (of course a last commit would be issued automatically when all rows are processed in order to not miss committing the last rows).

Thanks & Regards,

This is exactly what we coded with new database components in 2.0.x. See [feature]210[/feature] for details.
