Save start/end job time in the column of Redshift => follow snapshots

Hello,
I want to create a table to follow the snapshots and I want to save the start job time into my column "STARTPROCESSTIME" while insert the end job time into my column "ENDPROCESSTIME".
(I wanted to do this with tPrejob1 =>tSetGlobalVar("startjobTime"=>TalendDate.getDate("dd-MM-yy HH:mm:ss")) and the same for tPostjobe =>tPrejob2, but when I tried to insert the variable by tMap into tRedshiftOutput, it doesn't work. I put globalMap.get("startjobTime") and item for endjobTime, errmsg turned out to be "can't convert object to date". I've defined the varibale as a date so I don't know why it didn't work.)
What's more, I want to save the err_msg into my column "ERRMSG", insert the message of tStatCatcher(Success or Failure)(I'm not sure if it's right to use this componant cause I want to save the result of job) into "Statut".
Could you tell me if all this is possible to do via Talend ?
Thank you !
Sylvanas
