Is there any error message in TAC log?
The error log is located in <ServersInstallationPath>\apache-tomcat-XXX\logs.
Have you already created a case on talend support portal? In this way, we could give you a remote assistance through support cycle with priority.
We are in version 6.4.1 and this problem is located on our old version of the tool in V5.2.2 which still contains projects that we have to migrate and this version is no longer supported.
