TAC login page shows blank

Hi,
We have talend bigdata 5.5.1 version, sometimes the tac login page shows blank and due to which all the scheduled jobs gets misfired, even though all the process like tomcat, cmdline and log and job server are running. It doesnt show any error in tomcat logs or logserv logs. But during that period, if we restart the TAC it works fine. What is causing the issue here?

Hi
Try to increase the memory to tomcat if it has multiple application installation.

Hi Shong,
We dont have multiple application installation. We just have tomcat, cmdline and logserv on one machine and jobserver on another machine. So even for this kind of install do you recommend to increase memory to tomcat as mentioned here
see the memory details of the current process here

Re: TAC login page shows blank

Hi Shong,
Can you provide me a response as where to make these changes?

Re: TAC login page shows blank

We dont have multiple application installation. We just have tomcat, cmdline and logserv on one machine and jobserver on another machine.

I meant does Tomcat has multiple applications installation in it, for example, let's say, you have installed different version of TAC instances and AMC. I am not sure this issue is caused by lack of memory, because you don't see outOfMemory error in tomcat log. If the problem occurs time to time, I would suggest you to open a ticket on our support portal, our colleagues from support team will help you further.
Best regards

Hi Shong,
No, we dont have multiple versions of TAC/AMC instances, Its just a standalone one. Ya even i was wondering as why it would be memory issue, if it is then it would have written something in logs during the period of issue. But it doesnt have anything in the log files. Sure will open a ticket now

Hi All,
I have talend Bigdata 5.5.1 installed and it was working initially. I didnt work on it for a month or so, now when I launch the TAC, It asks for the password and after that It tries to load the screen. Database is Oracle. It says  "Driver Not Found" (See Installation Guide)
Can any one please help me what is the issue and how to fix it.
