i can connect to the TAC, but at this points, i can' t select any options except for logout and language.
If i click on any links, nothing change. So the tac is completely useless to me.
Have someone ever faced this problem?
Is network connection Ok with you? What's the browser you are using?
Have you tried to change another one to see if it works? Is there any error message in TAC log?
I don't know how to access TAC log...
I have the same trouble on IE and Mozilla, and my collegue have the same trouble for dev or admin accounts.
The TAC error log is located in <ServersInstallationPath>\apache-tomcat-XXX\logs.
